Delegate Profile
New Outlook users who wish to manage their PC environment effectively using the Microsoft Outlook desktop information manager.

Pre-Requisites
Attendees should have experience of using the mouse, and a working knowledge of the Windows operating system including folder structures. A familiarity with other office products is assumed.

Each delegate has the exclusive use of a PC and training includes extensive hands-on activity.
